Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is iChoice Pty Ltd trading as 000 Home Loans (ABN [51 675 063 742) of 343-347 Liverpool Rd, Strathfield NSW 2135 (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Monday, 20 October 2025 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Monday 30 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Entrants must be current or former members of Australia’s emergency services, including Police, Fire & Rescue, Ambulance, Paramedic, SES, Correctional Services, Nurses, or Health Professionals.

  • The entrant must be the individual who will stay at the accommodation and the lead name on the booking.

  • Employees (and their immediate families) of iChoice Pty Ltd and related entities are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:
1️⃣ Sign-Up to Win: During the Promotion Period, complete the entry form via the QR code or online at [www.000HomeLoans.com.au/win-surfers-paradise]. Each person may enter once.
2️⃣ Client Offer: Customers who settle a home loan with 000 Home Loans during the Promotion Period will automatically receive a complimentary 4-night accommodation package in Surfers Paradise.

5. Prize Details

  • Major Prize (Sign-Up Draw):
    One (1) winner will receive a 4-night accommodation stay in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, for up to 4 people.
    Accommodation will be at a 4-star or higher property, subject to availability.

  • Client Offer:
    Eligible clients who settle a home loan with 000 Home Loans between 20 October 2025 and 30 March 2026 will receive a complimentary 4-night Surfers Paradise accommodation package.

  • Prize Value: Each prize is valued up to AUD $1,500.

  • Inclusions: Accommodation only.

  • Exclusions: Flights, transport, meals, incidentals, and any other expenses are at the winner’s own cost.

6. Travel Conditions

  • The accommodation must be booked and taken between 5 April 2026 and 5 December 2026, subject to availability.

  • Blackout dates may apply during school holidays, long weekends, and public holidays.

  • The accommodation sleeps up to four (4) people.

  • The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.

  • The entrant must be the guest who stays and the lead name on the booking.

  • No refund, substitution, or credit will be offered if the stay is cancelled or not used within the travel window.

7. Prize Draw & Notification

  • The random prize draw will take place at the offices of iChoice Pty Ltd on Friday 3 April 2026.

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

  • The winner’s name will also be announced on the 000 Home Loans and iChoice website and social media channels.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may request proof of emergency service employment or affiliation before awarding the prize.

9. Privacy

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control occur.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or any other platform.
